Scott and his team were extremely helpful with our very difficult process of refinancing our home with a cash payout. We used them 2 years ago when we first refinanced our home from our parents, and they were magic workers then too! This time around was even more difficult, and they were so supportive and communicative throughout the whole process. They made a stressful situation less stressful for me. Will continue to go to Scott and his team whenever I have home financing issues!!

, a flawless experience. The only thing that I would've appreciated, if I wasn't in the business for a long time, was the need to have two appraisals done due to the flipping guidelines for the conventional market. It all worked out well, but if I didn't catch it in the commitment letter and approval, I would have otherwise been blindsided. That said, Scott was very professional and specific in his communications and follow up throughout. The only reason I question if I would refer him or his company is just that they are physically outside of our immediate geographic area, but excellent overall.
